Bill has 10 years of experience in the mining business and 10 years of forest harvesting, road construction, and reclamation.

Bill has worked as a superintendent, foreman, and heavy equipment operator for numerous civil earthworks firms in Alberta for the past 15 years. He has developed talents and managed organizations.

Bill then made the decision to launch his own civil earthworks business, which included expanding gravel pit operations, sales, and marketing.

With over 20 years of experience in project execution, infrastructure financing and strategic management, Hermann F. Logsend is a seasoned leader in the mining, petroleum, and energy industry.

Hermann is the President & CEO of Foresight Financing

A financial advisory firm specializing in the funding and execution of infrastructure projects. A US Fulbright scholar, fluent in English and French, Hermann graduated from theColorado School of Mines with a Master’s degrees Mineral & Energy Economics and a Certificate in Petroleum Engineering.

Committed to giving back, Hermann also serves as Executive Director of Metrax Indigenous Corp., leading fundraising and construction initiatives to empower Indigenous communities across Canada.

Keven Lavigne (Civil Superintendent)

Murray Noble (P.Eng. Senior Civil Engineer)

With over 40 years of diverse experience in the construction industry, Keven brings unparalleled expertise and leadership to our team. Beginning his career in 1974 as the owner of a successful farrier business, Keven’s entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to excellence have shaped his journey through various industries.

In 1985, he transitioned into contract falling and bucking before moving into road building for logging operations in 1993. This eventually led him to specialize in civil earthworks, where he has demonstrated exceptional skill in managing complex projects, including water and sewer systems, road construction, storm ponds, and work in the oil and gas sector.

Keven has spent the past 10 years as a superintendent, leading projects of all sizes across Canada. Known for his strategic planning, attention to detail, and clear communication, he ensures every project is completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Keven's commitment to professional development is evident through his certifications and training, which include courses in ArcInfo GIS, construction law, estimating, supervisor training, and project management. He holds certifications in LSE, Level 1 First Aid, WHMIS, ground disturbance, and is certified with BC Hydro.

Beyond his professional achievements, Keven continues to apply his mechanical expertise by working on cars, including auto body and mechanical projects—a testament to his hands-on approach and problem-solving skills.

Keven's lifelong involvement in construction, from labourer to management, reflects his passion for the industry and his unwavering dedication to delivering exceptional results.

Murray Noble (P.Eng. Senior Civil Engineer)

Senior Civil Engineer with over 30 years of expertise in civil design, municipal engineering, and land development. His proficiency includes working with MMCD tender and contract documents and overseeing construction administration.

With a strong attention to detail and technical expertise, Murray is known for his problem-solving abilities and leadership in managing project teams. He thrives in multidisciplinary environments, coordinating with subconsultants, and engaging stakeholders to deliver successful projects. His unique approach ensures cost-effective, innovative solutions that enhance the technical, aesthetic, and economic aspects of every project.

Tom Whitford (Oil and Gas Field Superentendent)

Has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, spanning over 30 years, with roles in pipeline inspection, construction supervision, and consultancy.

From 2007 to 2020, he worked with companies such as Murphy Oil, CCS Midstream, and EnCana Oil & Gas, handling various projects including road and lease building, pipeline inspections, rig site cleanups, and facility construction in Alberta and British Columbia.

Key roles involved overseeing infrastructure projects like oil leases, roads, pipeline repairs, and powerline clearing. His expertise includes working on pipelines of various sizes (4” to 36”), including repairs, excavation, and backfilling for major operators like Trans-Canada Pipeline.

He also supervised construction and maintenance projects for other industries, including powerline clearing, road building, and environmental construction.
